Due to the digital nature of our products, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once they have been delivered to you.

Before finalizing the design, we offer multiple rounds of revisions to ensure the information and design elements are accurate and meet your expectations. It is essential to carefully review the proofs and request any necessary changes during the revision process. Once you approve the final design and the digital product is delivered, further modifications cannot be made.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before the design process has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the design process has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the personalized and digital nature of our products.

Important Notes

  • For Caricature: After finishing of Caricature we cannot change the full pose or attire. If you have any other changes, please share them at once.
  • In Video & Caricature: We don't change theme compared to pre-discussion.

Refund Policy

  • Payment will not be refundable under any kind of circumstances.
  • A payment of 100% is required in advance.
